The earth's rich natural environment is facing a critical situation due to human activities.
Human life has developed dramatically and become more convenient with the spread of the Internet. However, it is no exaggeration to say that this development has, in turn, accelerated the deterioration of the earth's environment.
In order to create a sustainable society while restoring a global environment where all life can coexist, we believe it is important for the whole world to cooperate with each other by reviewing human activities once again.
Now that the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have been set and human activities on the earth are being reviewed, what we can do is to provide added value by utilizing the manufacturing technologies we have cultivated as a Japanese company. How do we make the most of limited global resources and limited time?
First of all, we would like to embody the Japanese word "MOTTAINAI".
Our theme is "MOTTAINAI Engineering".
By pursuing manufacturing with advanced technology and providing it together with services, we propose the optimization that allows the earth and people to coexist.

MONOZUKURI literally means “production” or “manufacturing” in Japanese, but it represents a much larger concept. It implies the Japanese spirit, passion, the pursuit of perfection and dedication to continuous improvement.
MOTTAINAI is a Japanese word, and the meaning is similar to a phrase “What a waste”. "Mottainai” expresses regret, guilt, or sorrow for something not reaching its full potential. Since Japanese have been hearing the word "Mottainai" so often since childhood, they are naturally cautious about not wasting resources.
We believe that every problem in the world can be solved by Japanese manufacturing. "MOTTAINAI" is our slogan. We will take the first step by optimizing food to realize ZERO food loss, and by solving all problems derived from food problems, we will contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and realize a better world without conflict.
The world has various problems such as poverty, environmental destruction, food problems, and energy problems. The SDGs are goals that must be achieved to realize a sustainable world.
As a first step, we will tackle food loss and waste issues and aim for "ZERO" food loss and waste. We will take the SDGs Action with an awareness of the various issues the world is confronting.
We provide optimal solutions to the "MOTTAINAI" issues faced by food businesses by utilizing our self-developed equipment and demonstration processing conducted by our food Lab. By creating a new market structure and enriching product development, we will develop a food cycle that meets the demands of society and creates the maximum potential to the market.

Water is the most abundant component in food.
The water in food has a great impact on its quality.
That is why we focused on "temperature," which controls the convection of water in food.
The food temperature is uniformly adjusted from the surface to the center from -0.1°C to -1°C by the innovative technology of heat exchange, which removes heat from the food. When food is kept in this temperature range, the convection of water is stabilized, and the food retains its original flavor and freshness.
Waste from food factories contains a lot of water due to the water contained in the food itself and the water added during the manufacturing process. Although there are still some food that can be utilized, most of them are disposed of due to spoilage. We have developed Food Drying Machine as a way to make effective use of such waste.
MOTTAINAI Engineering's Overseas Base
In 2019, we completed construction of our Myanmar plant in Thilawa Special Economic Zone, jointly with Suntech Co., Ltd.
We have been accepting trainees from Myanmar for many years and have been touched by their diligence, sincerity, passion for manufacturing, and love for their home country and families. We want to continue to work with them! With this in mind, we have expanded our business to Myanmar.
Together with the graduates who have inherited XEN GROUP's passion, we are creating new innovations in Myanmar, which is known as the last frontier of Asia.
